Nappies for Real, which provided the laundry service, has gone out of business.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment it will have caused our customers. We learned what was happening at 10pm the Sunday evening before the letters were given out on the Monday leaving us no time to sort out an alternative. In the ten days since we have approached another local nappy laundry several times hoping to transfer customers en bloc and as seamlessly as possible, however, as yet we have not received a positive response. This means that customers will have to seek out a service for themselves if there is one available in that area. Unfortunately, because we are unable to transfer a viable round en bloc as we had hoped, some people who would otherwise have had a laundry service will be without. This is a matter of particular regret. We will post any new developments on this website but in the meantime we would advise anyone seeking a nappy laundry service to go on to the realnappy network to find a laundry service for their area. If you wish to buy nappies to wash yourself then we continue to offer our excellent service and value and will take particular care of our former nappy laundry customers.
